grated pecorino romano, red wine dressing
Polenta — creamy polenta, wild boar ragu

Secondi
Fettuccine — Fettuccine with sheep Roman cheese, butter and coarse black pepper

Tagliatellei  spinach tagliatelle, free range veal bolognese, tomato sauce, fresh herbs, parmesan cheese
Branzino — grilled Mediterranean sea bass filet, roasted chestnuts, braised collard greens, fresh herb olive oil
Milanese — breaded chicken breast a la Milanese, artisan lettuce
